As I have mentioned countless times already, I love a simple bag with some interesting detail that takes it from being a “blah” and boring bag to a stylish element of your wardrobe. I think the Marc Jacobs Rockabilly Leather Bag fits that description perfectly.
It’s a little reminiscent of the 80’s with its slouchy shoulder bag style, so it will pair very well with all of the 80’s-inspired fashion for the fall. I do think it can be worn with an updated look as well and would add an edge to any casual outfit. Paired with any sleek outfit (leggings, skinny jeans), the Rockabilly bag’s curvy styling would be a great contrast.
I love the contrast of the fuschia satin lining that you can just get a hint of when the front of the bag is unzipped.
At 10″ by 13″ it would definitely hold a lot of your everyday necessities, but they were smart enough (and considerate enough perhaps) to include the always-handy interior zip compartment AND a detachable key ring, which would make finding your keys at the bottom of the bag much less difficult.
